活動目標
Activity Goals
私たち豊橋技術科学大学ロボコン同好会「とよはし☆ロボコンズ」は、
毎年開催される国内大会の「NHK学生ロボコン」へ書類審査・ビデオ審査を通過、本大会に出場し優勝。
そして世界大会である「ABUアジア・太平洋ロボットコンテスト(ABUロボコン)」での優勝することを目標としてロボットを製作しています。
We, the Toyohashi University of Technology Robocon Club "Toyohashi☆Robocons", aim to participate in and win the NHK Student Robot Contest, a national competition, and to win the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest (ABU Robocon), a world competition.

関東春ロボコン
Kanto Spring Robot Contest
関東春ロボコンとは、関東近辺のNHKロボコンを目指す大学・高等専門学校の新人チームによるロボット競技会で、毎年3月ごろに東京で開催されます。
NHKロボコン大会に近い環境で経験を積み、NHKロボコン大会でより活躍できるよう準備することを目的に参加します。
とよはし☆ロボコンズでは、主に1年生が参加し、大会優勝を目標にロボットを作成しています。
Kanto Spring Robot contest is a robot competition for newcomer teams from universities and technical colleges in the Kanto area aiming to compete in the NHK Robocon, held in Tokyo around March each year, with the goal of gaining experience in an environment similar to the NHK Robocon competition and preparing for greater success in the NHK Robocon competition.

Tokai Area Interchange Robot Contest
中部地方の大学が参加するロボコンで、8月から9月にかけて開催されます。
大会のルールは、学生ロボコンに似せて作られており、実践的な大会になっています。
とよはし☆ロボコンズでは、主に3年生が参加し、学生ロボコンに向けて、
技術の向上を図ると共に、優勝を目指してロボットを作成しています。
Universities in the Tokai region participate in this robot contest, which is held from August to September. The rules of the competition are designed to resemble those of the Student Robocon, making it a practical competition. In TOYOHASHI ROBOCONS, mainly third-year students participate to improve their skills for the student robot contest and build robots to win the competition.

NHK Student Robot Contest
日本全国の大学や高等専門学校が出場するロボコンで、毎年6月ごろに東京で開催されます。
書類審査、第一次ビデオ審査、第二次ビデオ審査を経て、選ばれたチームが出場します。
優勝したチームは、日本代表として、世界大会である「ABUアジア・太平洋ロボットコンテスト（ABUロボコン）」に出場します。
とよはし☆ロボコンズでは、主に4年生が参加し、大会優勝を目標にロボットを作成しています。
Universities and technical colleges (Kosen) from all over Japan compete in this robot competition, which is held in Tokyo around June each year. The winning team will represent Japan in the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest, a world competition.In the TOYOHASHI ROBOCONS, mainly 4th year students participate and build robots with the goal of winning the competition.

ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest
アジア太平洋放送連合(ABU)が主催する、ロボットコンテストで、アジア太平洋地域の大学生が参加します。日本においては、「NHK学生ロボコン」で優勝したチームが日本代表として出場します。開催地は、毎年異なり日本、ベトナム、タイ、中国などで行われています。とよはし☆ロボコンズでは、学生ロボコンに優勝した年に出場することができており、出場した場合は、優勝を目指しています。
The competition is a robotics contest organized by the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU), in which university students from the Asia-Pacific region participate. In Japan, the winning team of the NHK Student Robot Contest will represent Japan. The lf we compete, we aim to win the championship.

Division within the club
機械
機械担当は、CADを使用しロボットを設計し、加工機を使って金属などを加工します。また、設計に従ってロボットを組み立てます。
Machine
The machine manager designs robots using CAD, and processes metals, etc. using a processing machine. We also assemble the robot according to the design.
回路
回路担当は、回路の設計・作成を行います。
Hardware
The hardware developer will design and create circuits.
制御
制御担当は、ROSなどを使用してロボットに載せるプログラムの作成を行なっています。
Software
The Software Developer in charge is creating a program to put on the robot using ROS, etc.
事務・渉外
事務・渉外担当は、ご支援をいただけるように交渉したり、予算を管理したり、広報活動としてSNS・Webページを運用します。
Office work and foreign affairs
Administrative and foreign affairs personnel will negotiate, manage budgets, and operate SNS and web pages as public relations activities for your support.

私たちは様々なイベントや体験会におけるロボットの展示および操縦体験を通して、小学生以下のお子様をはじめ地域の方々にロボコンについて知ってもらう活動を行っています。We are working to promote robot contests to elementary school children and younger children in the community through robot displays and hands-on experience at various events and hands-on activities.
